“Sama” in Sama.Ai means “Equipoise” or “Equal” as shared in many local vernacular languages in Bharat (India). The underlying tenet behind this is the driving force for the creation and existential purpose of this organization. It was manifested with the intention to create equal opportunities in the space of jobs, access to knowledge and opportunities. The company prides itself in the concept of “grassroots welfare”, meaning, development and welfare of every individual in a society is quintessential to developing a self-reliant nation. Even more important that underpins the philosophy is the fact that one can never be truly wise, if one is not equipoised, and hence the mission of Sama.Ai is to leverage technology and any resources (including it’s partnerships) in fostering this ideology.

a software trainer with nearly two decades of experience in delivering top-notch technical training. Over the years, I’ve successfully trained 9,500+ IT professionals in programming languages like C#, Python, and CI/CD methodologies, along with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, UFT, and Worksoft.

Alongside my corporate work, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching at institutions like IGNOU and Aziz Premji University, running theory sessions and workshops. I’ve also collaborated with organizations like GoK, Cognizant, Aptech, and Kirloskar.

I’m also passionate about CAD/CAM tools like Autodesk, ProE, and Catia, and I’m always exploring the world of AI/ML to boost productivity and spark innovation.
